I am Sara, the heart behind My Center Within...

A sacred space created from the desire to nurture the feminine within. My Center Within was crafted with compassion and love and driven by a profound desire to guide the divine feminine home. Here, amidst the gentle embrace of understanding and warmth, hearts are healed, and souls are set free. I warmly invite women and girls 16 and older to walk their path of self-discovery with grace and love.

My role is to guide you on your journey.

Sara is truly a bright light in this world and a natural/intuitive healer. If you have the opportunity to work with her on your healing journey, don’t hesitate! She guides you through your healing sessions with heart-centered compassion, while bringing forth wisdom to help you go deeper into your healing. She helped me to tap into my deeply intuitive inner-knowing, in order to bring more awareness and intention to my healing path. The healing sessions I’ve experienced with Sara, both in-person as well as distance sessions, were truly life-changing. Prior to each session, I had a knowing that I was somehow “stuck” on my healing journey. I knew there was more to explore, but felt like I couldn’t quite move into that space. The shifts that happened after each session have been truly incredible. I experienced significant improvement in some physical pain issues I had been having and also had positive mental/emotional and spiritual shifts, which was a very liberating feeling. I had an expansion of awareness after each session, which allowed me to go deeper with my healing, helping me to find inner peace. Working with Sara has helped to propel me forward on my soul’s journey, in ways I didn’t even know I needed.
